Next Level Athlete Program

Taking the Next Generation of Athletes to the Next Level

True athleticism in an athlete becomes apparent when they navigate the field court in relation to competitors, tasks, or obstacles. For instance, Barry Sanders showcases his ability to maneuver across various directions to evade defenders while quickly reaching peak speed, or a soccer player exhibiting remarkable balance and coordination while continually adjusting their speed. Each demands the body to operate efficiently across multiple factors in a matter of seconds.

TO EXCEL IN A SPORT YOU MUST BE ATHLETIC

The Next Level Athlete Program emphasizes the essential components of athleticism: speed, foot strength, rapid force production, balance, and agility across multiple planes of motion. This achieved not just through traditional lifts like back squats, deadlifts, or cleans, but by enhancing specific attributes through diverse positions, contractions, and dynamic movement patterns. Additionally, the NLA program focuses on improving joint mobility, function, and stability to ensure these athletic qualities thrive during complex movement patterns.

By using advanced technical assessment tools such as Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR), I can identify any missing or ineffective muscle firing patterns crucial for athletic performance. After the assessment, we will collaborate to create a tailored plan designed to boost the athlete's specific sports capabilities. Each athlete will receive a Universal Speed Rating profile to monitor their speed and vertical jump metrics, allowing them to compare their performance with other athletes nationwide.
