Next Level Athlete Program

Taking the Next Generation of Athletes to the Next Level

True athleticism is most apparent when an athlete navigates a field or court in relation to competitors, tasks, and obstacles. For example, Barry Sanders showcased an elite ability to maneuver in multiple directions to evade defenders while maintaining peak speed. Similarly, soccer players must exhibit remarkable balance and coordination as they constantly adjust their pace. These actions require the body to operate with maximum efficiency across several variables in a matter of seconds.

TO EXCEL IN A SPORT YOU MUST BE ATHLETIC

The Next Level Athlete Program emphasizes the essential components of athleticism: speed, foot strength, rapid force production, balance, and agility across multiple planes of motion. This is achieved not just through traditional lifts like back squats, deadlifts, or cleans, but by enhancing specific attributes through diverse positions, contractions, and dynamic movement patterns. Additionally, the NLA program focuses on improving joint mobility, function, and stability to ensure these athletic qualities thrive during complex movement patterns.

By using advanced technical assessment tools such as Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR), I can identify any missing or ineffective muscle firing patterns crucial for athletic performance. After the assessment, we will collaborate to create a tailored plan designed to boost the athlete's specific sports capabilities. Each athlete will receive a Universal Speed Rating profile to monitor their varies speed metrics and vertical jump, allowing them to track progress and compare their performance with other athletes nationwide.
