Next Level Athlete Program

Taking the Next Generation of Athletes to the Next Level

True athleticism in an athlete only becomes noticeable when they are forced to move through the field or court in relation to another competitor, task, or obstacle. For example, Barry Sanders moves between multiple directional planes to avoid defenders and then produces maximal speed within a few steps. Or image a defensive back having to backpedal at full speed, anticipating a wide receiver's next move.  Each example requires the body to function proficiently in multiple factors within seconds.

TO EXCEL IN A SPORT YOU MUST BE ATHLETIC

The Next Level Athlete Program focuses on what an athlete needs to be athletic: speed, foot strength, fast force production, balance, and agility through multiple planes of motion. This is not done by just doing back squats, deadlifts, or cleans. It is done by strengthening certain attributes through a variety of different positions, contractions, and dynamic movement patterns. Other aspect of the Next Level Athlete program focuses on increasing joint mobility, function, and stability to help these athletic attributes succeed during high-functioning movement patterns.

How It Works

By using the latest technical assessment tools, such as Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR), I can identify missing or dysfunctional muscle firing patterns. Which are critical in any athletic sport. After the assessment, the athlete and I will formulate a plan of action to get them on the road to being more athletic in their respective sports.
